MARVEL's biggest hit of Spring 1972, and the start of an enduring fan-favorite run, was TOMB OF DRACULA . Issue #7 arrived in March of 1973 with a cover pencilled by Stan Lee's brother, Larry Lieber, and inked by TOM PALMER - who inks regular penciller Gene Colan on the interior artwork.

The continuing story of TOMB OF DRACULA centers around FRANK DRAKE, a distant descendant of COUNT DRACULA, and heir to his castle in Transylvania. He heads a troop of Vampire Hunters on the trail of the long-dead DRACULA.

Here in issue #7, in MARV WOLFMAN's first tale for the series (and which he would continue to script until the very last issue, "Night of the Deathstalkers!", DRAKE is introduced to the Jonathon Harker's son and granddaughter and enlists their aid in tracking down DRACULA, having learned that the Transylvanian Terror has returned to London.

DRACULA, though, has kidnapped and hypnotized a group of children and orders them to attack the vampire hunters!

This is a wonderfully well-preserved copy of TOMB of DRACULA #7 - with a strong binding, perfect cover gloss, pages free of toning, and no tears, creases or pieces missing.
