It's a reprint of issue #31. This continues the line of X-Men Bronze Age issues with Silver Age key stories being reprinted.

This book has deep rich color and very nice eye-appeal on his all-time classic hard-to-get in high-grade black Cobalt Man vs. X-Men cover! With small stresses on the front spine and a very small almost invisible tape-seal on the inside back cover's top-edge which, of course, we almost missed. With cream/slight heavy-cream tint pages and light-cream inner covers. We have adjusted the grade accordingly. With very faint light wear appropriate to grade.
