This is a comic of Huckleberry Hound No. 23 published by Gold Key Comics in Jan., 1964. The grade is probably at least a Good- but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned. The pages are complete and intact. There are small pieces missing on the bottom of the front cover (see scans).
