Cancellation requests will not be honored because the publisher changed things up.Release dates are subject to change and happen quite often. I am usually quite busy and will try my hardest to inform you of any release date changes that may occur. Cancellations will not be honored should the release dates change by the publisher.Should the publisher cancel the issue or variant cover you will be refunded your purchase accordingly.Hip's ship to you date is an incorrect time frame. This due to the presale nature of this genre. Always go by the publisher's release date and my shipping policies mentioned below on when you can expect your order. Ignore Hip's date!!I do not guarantee a specific grade for your comic order. Most will ship in a 9.4 or better condition. If a book arrives in less-than-ideal condition. You will be informed of the damage and a replacement order placed with the distributor. Fulfillment typically takes approximately one to two weeks to arrive.Your comic order is shipped to you bagged & boarded and sent securely in a gemini or equivalent mailer. Orders over 10 comics will ship bubble-wrapped and secured in a box.I use usps ground advantage for all my shipments.Absolutely i combine shipping, just please try to place everything in one shopping cart and checkout. If you accept an offer, you cannot add that comic to a shopping cart that has other comics in it. This is due to Hip's shopping cart rules and system; the offered comic has to be separate. I will combine any order that has an offer with other orders you may have made, and any overpaid shipping and handling will be refunded when it is shipped.If you order different presale comics with different release dates your order will be combined and shipped when the entire order is available. Any overpaid shipping and handling will be refunded at that time.Regular covers and standard variants are shipped within 3 business days after the publisher's release date.Incentive/premium covers will ship within 7 to 10 business days after the publisher's release date.I am very picky about incentives and if they arrive in less than 9.8 condition, you will be informed and a replacement damaged order will be placed with the publishers. This typically take approximately one to two weeks to fill.I am not responsible for the mishandling of the packages by your mail carrier after they leave my possession. However, i will work with you in resolving any issues that may arise from bad handling from the usps.Weekends and holidays do not count as a business day!I use Hip's international shipping service for out of country orders. They collect the out of country shipping fees, taxes and export fees from you.
